These terms cover use of https://mentionmill.com, operated by Media Yard LLC. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

Mentionmill runs a prompt you provide and shows who was named. Free checks do not require an account. A paid plan saves one prompt, re-runs it weekly, and emails you if names change.

No guarantees

Answers vary by person and place. We do not promise that you will be named, that a name will hold, or that a check is complete. We do not sell ranks.

Accounts and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. If Stripe keys are not configured, checkout is a preview stub and no card is charged. You may cancel by writing hello@mentionmill.com.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to harass, scrape at scale, or submit unlawful content. We may refuse or end a check that looks abusive.

Limitation

The service is provided as-is. Media Yard LLC is not liable for lost profits or for decisions you make from a check. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; those limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
