Media Yard LLC operates Mentionmill. This notice explains what we collect when you run or save a prompt.

What we collect

• Shop name and prompt you submit for a check
• Email if you save a prompt or request a magic link
• Check results we store for your saved prompt
• Payment metadata if Stripe is connected

What we do with it

We use the prompt to run ChatGPT and Perplexity, or to build a labeled demo result. We use email to sign you in and to send a weekly note if names change. We do not send SMS.

How long we keep it

Free checks live in the session you see on screen. Saved prompts stay until you cancel or ask us to delete them. This preview store may be a local file or memory and can reset when the server restarts.

Processors

OpenAI and Perplexity receive the prompt when those keys are set. Stripe receives email and payment details when checkout is live. See the DPA for processor terms.

Email hello@mentionmill.com to access, correct, or delete your saved prompt and account.
