Data processing addendum

This addendum applies when Media Yard LLC (“processor”) processes personal data on behalf of a customer (“controller”) who saves a prompt on Mentionmill.

Parties and subject

Processor is Media Yard LLC. The subject is email addresses, shop names, prompts, and check history needed to run the weekly mention check.

Instructions

Processor will process that data only to run checks, store the saved prompt, email name-change notices, and operate billing. No other use. No sale of the prompt list.

Sub-processors

• OpenAI — ChatGPT completions, when configured
• Perplexity — answer completions, when configured
• Stripe — subscription billing, when configured

Security and deletion

Access is limited to operating the product. On written request to hello@mentionmill.com, processor will delete the saved prompt, history, and account email, except records we must keep for law or disputes.

New Jersey law governs this addendum.
